  Some inward looking units may look into one another, but good thing is the building design are rather aesthetically good looking.

  Resort Living

  The best condo on Upper East Coast Road viewed so far. A tropical and resort-ish feel with a nice pool surrounded by lush foliage and patio coy ponds. Great views from the unblocked wooded area behind that stretches to East Coast Park. Close to Siglap Village in the west and Eastwood Village in the east. Near to the airport and city by way of ECP. Ground floor and penthouse units are the best. Only concerns are exterior paint job needs some renewing and possible noise from Balcon East construction next door due to TOP in 2011/12.

  Very Cramped

  Went to see 2 units here. Very cramped and small living - probably space is eaten up by the balconies. Imagine one unit which has open kitchen in the tiny hall very impractical as the fridge got to be put in the yard and it is highly impractical to cook in this kitchen - boil water or instant noodles will do. The so called jaccuzi is very small with water overflowing out and easily spill onto passers by. Since the development is "glassy" , residents who intend to stay here have to forgo a bit of privacy esp units that are very close to entrance - like back up security counters. The interior is very so -so only . But prepare to wipe glasses all the time

  One of the best exterior design

  Compared to other condo like BLEU@EAST COAST, The Calypso, this is one of the best designed condo around. You wouldn't find ugly sights like laundry hanging in the balconies etc. The environment doesn't feels llke you're living in a hdb environment unlike the above condos.
