Very far from MRT and only 3 bus along the ro
Looks quite well maintained for a 15 year old condo. -

Good if you drive
My apartment at Veranda is not that close to an MRT station, but I drive to work everyday so it doesn’t bother me. There’s a covered parking space. I never miss a weekend of swimming in our pool. Our three-bedroom unit is spacious and luxurious. I like the fact that there are only 24 apartments here. Having fewer people in the development is always a nice thing. -

Amazing facilities
Veranda boasts a few facilities including a swimming pool, children's playground and barbecue area. Despite this, the rents are slightly lower compared to other developments in the area, which works for me. My mother always told me to try and save every buck, and rent is the best place to save. I have a lovely apartment and if I want to exercise, there are plenty of jogging spots near me. My apartment is warm and cosy, perfect for hosting friends and having barbecues. -

Love my rental :)
I’ve been renting a unit at Veranda in Telok Kurau District 15 for a few years now. It’s a no fuss kind of building with just 24 apartments spread across five storeys. I don’t like living in those massive developments which lack privacy. This apartment is charming and works well for me since it is just 10 minutes away from work. -
