  GREAT location with good amenities

  Walking distance to Dakota, Aljunied & Paya Lebar MRT!! Short drive to town area. Close proximity to good food, 5mins walk to largest hawker centre in Singapore. There are also 2 Fairprice nearby.

  Accessiblity with Convenience in City Living

  Even for own stay, i feel that it is very accessible to town for shopping and of close proximity to my work place in CBD. Just take a train at Dakota or Aljunied to bring me from places to places. Being a freehold property, i would think that the value of the apartment will hold or even appreciate over time.

  Excellent Location with high potential

  This project is situated in the city fringe with many up and coming developments flourishing alongside with it. For example, it is very near the Sports Hub in Kallang and also minutes away from the CBD. The facelift at the Kallang River is definitely going to add vibrancy to the whole Geylang area as well. Commercial district at Paya Lebar will also have a positively impact on the future prices in Geylang apartments. Prices in this area will see a high potential of capital and rental gains in years to come.

  Surely a Great Location and Investment

  Viento is in Lorong 30 which is one of the best Lorong as it is near to old airport road which has many nice food , and it is very well connected to CBD and town (5-10 mins to shenton way/orchard). This explains why condos and apartments are selling so well in this Lorong. There are a lot of constructions along this Lorong, thus inevitably it will be narrower and congested. Ladies can be found everywhere in Geylang, so it is inconsequential of which lorong. I believe things will improve when all the residential developments TOP. This project is definitely a great investment for investors and place to stay for owners.

  Better Choices not far away

  1. Narrow and Congested Lor 30 as compared to wider Lor 28. 2. Ladies waiting every night at end of Lor 30, near Geylang road Junction. 3. Construction projects nearby, makes walking along congested Lor 30 even more unpleasant. 4. Religious houses nearby, quite scary esp during seventh month.
