too steep, reconsider if got elders
warning: not for people in wheelchair or those who cannot walk up slopes. hard to get around without own car as Kismis located on steep ground. would rather give up the nice views for convenience and comfort. if more improvements are done, will reconsider. parents very old -

unblock views of Upper Bukit Timah
nice to enjoy unblock views as View at Kismis is on peak of a small hill, short building with only 5 floors but this height advantage is good for Bukit Timah greenery views. -

middle of construction sites
hard to avoid construction in singapore with so many developments all the time. View at Kismis also not spared. the ongoing construction works due to Cross Island Line only done in few years' time and upcoming developments at nearby plots of land not done till 2027 and beyond also headache. otherwise the place is nice forested nearby, hilltop views. just gotta be patient -
