  Great condo shame about the management

  MANAGEMENT ORGANISATION OF THE CONDO IS A NIGHTMARE - ACTIVELY SEEKING WAYS TO MAKE LOFE DIFFICULT FOR RESIDENTS - LATEST BEING BANNING SCHOOL BUSES. From the condo itself Eeven with the units and facilities being old the condo has a great family vibe - loads of activities organised for the kids by the residents

  amazing condo, good community, lack facilitie

  amazing units, good nature vibes, BUT Lack facilities like gym and multisports area for kids, instead management office by the pool occupies a valuable space. Management could think more on the benefit of the real majority of residents, they restrict kids acitivities, restrict festivities decorations, bicycle parking, NO ACCESS of school buses, and they are constantly vigilant with everything related to children. It does not reflect the high price expectation anymore. .

  amazing condo, good community, lack facilitie

  It has been a great condo, it has amazing families living there, mostly expat tenants. Great spacious apartments, lacks facilities (like gym, kids multisports area, etc), and management is very strict and recent actions that are not suitable for families with small children.

  Family-friendly condo! Surrounded by lush gre

  Villa Delle Rose is a freehold resort-like development located in prime District 10. Despite the age of the property, it has been very well-maintained through the years and remains highly sought after by families and expats. The maisonettes/duplexes in this condo are generously-sized and thoughtfully laid-out for greater privacy. The well-designed interiors and layouts feature high ceilings, wide picture windows and patios or balconies for residents to enjoy the surrounding sprawling gardens. Facilities here include a swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s playground and a clubhouse with a function room. The development is located close to Botanic Gardens, the restaurants at Dempsey Hill and Holland Village, as well as Tanglin Mall. Nearby MRT stations are Holland Village and Napier.
