  Great freehold find in perfect location.

  Perfect location near good schools, HDB amenities including wet market, community centre, library and food along East Coast road within walking distance. Drivers are Well connected to ECP and PIE. Thomson -East Coast line ready soon. Bus stops accessibility -1) still road -2) East Coast road. - 3) Marine Parade road. Cycle or roller blade to East Coast park easily. The nearest underpass from Marine Parade comes up to a landmark at East Coast- Marine Cove (MacDonald’s location) Condo units are well sized, no bay window- well spaced and offers privacy. Design vibe- Euro and resort. Renovated units will make u right at home.

  European charm

  very well sized rooms, no bay windows, well located in D15. old world charm. Very well connected.

  About Villa Martia

  Very Peaceful and quiet project, Very suitable for families with kids studying or waiting to enrol to Tao Nan. This is one of the project which is nearest to the school. Maintenance fees is higher because of its exclusive lift to your unit. Limited condo facilities

  Good for your kids

  Good for your kids, if you want to enrol to CHIJ Katong or maybe Taonan. Being just next to a school with a small 2 way lane is terrible for drivers. A garbage truck got a couple of drivers stuck for 5 mins just because the lane is small and is a dead-end. pool is mostly decorative and looks very under use. Private lifts takes up more usable space in the unit as it does not have lift card access thus another internal gate is needed. Layout is square and very spacious.
