  Regular shape layouts and walking distance to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Some units can be facing quite close to other units. Other units enjoy serene views of Oxley Rise

  great location

  its an amazing location with mrt and supermarket literally across the street. the mamangement and security were very helpful and it has all the facilities. Lot of units dont have keys but a fingerpring lock which makes it easy not having to carry keys. fort canning park is also just down the road for a peaceful morning run. only minus is that maybe its started to look dated but i enjoyed years there.

  Best Location in Singapore

  I have been a tenant here for almost 4 years and I'm saddened to be leaving Visioncrest as in my opinion there is simply no better location in Singapore for those that want to use public transport/walking. You can walk from here to Orchard and Orchard Central/313@Somerset and Plaza Singapura is a 5-min walk. Carrefour/Cold Storage within 5-10 min walk. From the Oxley Rise exit you can walk to the river and Clarke Quay/Robertson Quay in 10 minutes. You have access to 3 different MRT lines at Dhoby Ghaut and bus trunk lines running in both directions from Orchard Rd./Penang Rd. The condo facilities are top notch and never crowded. 2 pools, decent gym, function room and a nice BBQ pit. The condos are nice, modern finishes - not big, but more intelligent use of space than many other condos (one of the few sub-1000sf 2BRs that can comfortably fit a king in the MBR). Not the highest build quality - but in 4 years we've only had minor floor/tile/door issues. The only negative (and reason I'm leaving) is the cost - need more space and the 2BR -> 3BR upgrade breaks my budget.

  we just moved in and believe that this is definitely one of the best condos in the city. we looked at a number of condos in killiney, river valley, paterson as well as leonie. 1. good transportation and access. it is very close to the mrt which is a major plus in the city. it is 3 mins away from dhoby ghaut. it is also very close to somerset, about 5-10 mins away. this is important for us but also friends when they visit and do not drive. 2. excellent facilities. they have a good size gym, regular and lap pool, bbq pits, sauna, tennis courts, etc. 3. management and common area. teddy khong who is the condo manager is very helpful and ensures that all common areas are well maintained and cleaned regularly throughout the day. 4. peace and quiet. it is very peaceful and quiet despite being in the city unlike other areas such as killiney where there is lots of on-going construction. this is probably because of the condo's unique location next to the istana and fort canning park. 5. proximity to the shops and amenities. it is within walking distance to plaza singapura, centerpoint, 313 somerset, clarke quay, etc. for the shoppers and party goers as well as also fort canning for the outdoor lovers. 6. good community. it has a good mix of foreign and asian expats and there are kids but all are very well-behaved. there is a large population of japanese expats. 7. parking or driving is not an issue. there is lots of parking (although given its location to mrt, not required) and the entry is just outside the erp zones which is a plus. 8. prestige. the address and location in district 9, next to instana and oxley speaks for itself.

  Very quiet and exclusive development over looking Singapore's Istana. Convenient location with Dhoby Ghout, Plaza Singapura and Carrefour just opposite the road. Sommerset MRT and Sommerset@313 is just 5 min walk. Perfect for Japanese Expatriates with Meidi-Ya Japanese supermarket at Liang Court Shopping Centre on River Valley Road just 10 min walk away. Also, plenty of nightlife activities with Clarke Quay and Mohd Sultan just 10 min walking distance. Located near SMU (Singapore Management University) and the new SOTA (School of The Arts)

  Visioncrest Residences is located in the heart of Orchard Road, few mins walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange. 2 good size lap pools, well equipped gym, tennis court..etc.
