Great place to live in central Singapore with
I've lived there for 6 years and love it more each day. The estate is well-maintained, tranquil, luxurious, and has excellent amenities - a large fully equipped gym, three pools, tennis courts, lots of BBQ and entertaining areas, and the apartments are all generously sized. The management is responsive and responsible, and upkeep is top-notch. The greenery is lush and the grounds are kept clean. It's within walking distance to Novena and Toa Payoh MRT stations and bus connections are unmatched. And if you drive like I do, parking spaces are VERY generous, as each block has a 4-storey car park. Highly recommended if you're looking to live centrally without spending astronomically. -

Good area with easy access to town
Nice area, plenty of food, walking distance to novena mrt. Plentyful amenities. Love the unit layout. High floors bbq area. Great place to stay and good maintenance -

Not Novena
Went with a agent to viewed Vista, this is not Novena, this is more like Balestier and Tao Payoh, the Tao Payoh MRT station is closer to Vista than Novena station. And the PIE noise is unbearable, the agent said the noise wl be less if you closed the window, but why should I ? our family wl like to hv the window open. The price are not that good either, the real Novena, which is about 500m to Novena MRT station hv much better choices, along Irrawaddy Road, location much more premium yet similar prices. -

Vista residences
The location is great. It is like living in the Novena area but without having to pay the premium. It is literally minutes away from Orchard road and the CBD area is really accessible. Dining, shopping and going to work would not be an issue. The design of the building and the landscape exudes grandeur and classiness. Despite being a 4 year old development, the design is really timeless and still looks very new and luxurious. In short, this development provides convenience and luxury but at a discounted price to its neighboring apartments in Novena. -

Epitome in the city !
I would refer to Vista Residences as an epitome in middle of the city. Scaling 34 storey high and located along the stretches of Novena/Thomson road this classy new FH development stuns you with its breath taking views and facilities. The stunning twin tower concept looking at each other is well designed.The interior design and layout is exquisite. Contemporary modern living in each corner you turn gives one a 7 star hotel feel. Plethora of amenities surrounding the development be it food, health care or shopping. Especially this zone is surrounded with other high rise condominiums give it a perfect feel of luxury and appeal. Just walk 200m you are in D11 prime location. That's the difference. -
