Quiet & peaceful environment and full privacy (only 17 units and each lift serves 2 units per level). Conveniently located with good schools, 24/7 supermarket, great eateries, cool cafes & bars nearby

A hidden gem in Katong
I like this small & quiet development. It’s location is excellent as its within short walking distance to Katong Mall, Parkway Parade and East Coast Park. The 3 nearby bus stops are within 10 mins the bus services travel through the Business Financial Centre, Orchard Road, Chinatown, Bugis, Vivo City, Singapore Expo, Bedok, Old Airport Road etc. The big open public carpark is less than 1min walk to the development which is a plus point for such small development as there is no extra carpark lots within the development to cater for visitors. For eager parents to enroll their kids to a good school, this development is within 1km to Tao Nan and Haig Girls School. The interior space of the unit seems smaller than the stated floor area though because of the bay windows in all the bedrooms and living room. However, I space is still livable and decent as the MBR can accommodate a King-Size bed with decent walking space. Personally, I think this development is a good investment and I like staying here.
