  WELL LANDSCAPED TASTEFUL CONDO IN DISTRI 10 &

  fantastic garden landscape complete with functional well planned facilities, good for families ,a private enclave within a walking distance from amenities, shopping , cafes ,restaurants ,coffeeshops, foodcourts . tastefully done common facilities thumbs up!.

  VIVA is overpriced!

  Horribly overpriced condo!! Granted that facilities are pretty ok...but units r so small!! Kitchen is barely useable...view for 2 br is cheap.. dining is small (excuse me wat dining? It's so small!!) Avoid atc all cost!!

  Nicely located condo in novena with good facilities. It is within a few min walk to united square and also walkable to MRT Finishing is generally good and layout is mostly squarish. The white marble tiles may be hard to maintain. Some of the blocks/units face each other and may be too close to one another. From the units, one can see others. Some units also face the multi-storey carpark and cars going up the carpark not a pleasant sight to see at night Overall, a decent condo and conveniently located. The asking prices (similar to Orchard road area) are way too high though and there are many cheaper options around.

  one of the best condo. in novena district.

  This is what i like about it: big pools,lush greenery,adjacent to supermarket, lots of eatery,walking distance via covered way to mrt station, luxury feel. one of the most spacious condo. in novena.

  one of the best condo. development in Novena

  There are only a few Luxurious condominium in Novena area that have larger site compound,full condo. facilities,large pools, short walking distance to MRT and adjacent to supermarket and shops. If additional attributes are included;such as Freehold Lease, a development of Non-MM units,away from being located too close to the hospitals and the communal disease centre, where the number of household to be confined at less than 300 unis for more privacy and exclusivity,Only Viva condominium will meet all of these requirements. Moreover,there is a permanent park with many 20m high tall trees located adjacent to its big green compound, making it even more appealing.It is one of the top, if not the best development in this area.
