  Rigid and Arrogant Management

  The condo is overall good. Management can be quite rigid and arrogant to tenants

  Not a very fun place to live

  The condo looks nice from outside but is ran as a business rather than a comfortable residential place one would expect. The management can be quite out of place, rude and arrogant spoken. Facilities are all charged none refundable fee on top of the deposits.The communal room is fairly small and looks more like a waiting room with impractical furnitures.

  Management Aggressive towards Families and Ch

  I live in Volari, while it is a nice building the management and owners committee are constantly sending aggressive letters to residents and tenants regarding children - not family friendly.
