  If you love the holland village lifestyle and want to be at its doorstep, this development you can't miss. Literally next to holland village and holland village MRT station. Architectural design a little retro.

  Good And Bad

  The location is 'good', but it is noisy on the road side, because of the pubs and restaurants, and noisy on the HDB side (late night quarrels) and a Sunday market/concerts. The location is good, but nowadays on-site parking is tight, the estate is 'tired' and the plumbing is not what it once was.

  Location, location, location

  This is very close to HV MRT station. Units on the side will not get road noise, however the area does get rather noisy - part and parcel of living near HV.
