Good place
convenient location with good schools nearby. 5 bedrooms in each house, so it is good for families. Convenient to nearby amenities as well. Recommended. -

Nice freehold property near to good schools. Suitable for big families as there are 5 good size bed rooms within. -

Water Terrace
A small and quiet development that is located near to good schools (within 500m to Paya Lebar Methodist Girls Primary School and Secondary School). While it is near the main road (Lorong Ah Soo), it is not noisy, especially the row facing the landed estates of Paya Lebar Crescent Road. The living room and dining area is good size. Kitchen is abit small though, but functional. The open areas or the roof terrace is suitable to do BBQ and hosting guests. The bedrooms are not the biggest, but the master bedroom ones can still easily fit a king size bed plus wardrobe. The other bedrooms can fit queen plus wardrobe. Overall the development looks clean and well-maintained, with the development re-painted recently. I would recommend this place for multi-generational families. Price-wise, looks like the most affordable compared the rest in Paya Lebar Crescent estate. -
