  Quiet place to stay

  Waterfront isle is situated in a quiet area beside Bedok Reservoir and easy access to 1 other park and the park connector.

  Lovely surroundings- Missed out on this

  We lived in WATERFRONT Isle 4 bhk Unit facing the reservoir during the Covid years. It has amazing view and surroundings. Honestly that home was such a blessing. Unfortunately when we bought our home the agent told us its already over priced so we bought out home in some other place. I seriously get homesick for that area. The gym is small and maybe the units facing inside away from reservoir are not so great [because of limited view] but overall a Steller project with nice finishing and material used.

  Best of both worlds - impressive 3 minute wal

  Best of both worlds - impressive 3 minute walk to Bedok Reservoir MRT Station and yet Bedok Reservoir is right in front.

  Waterfront isle - hit by direct sun

  Of the 4 waterfronts, waterfront isle is most crowded with 561 units, and w most units facing the morning or setting sun, directly. The other 3 waterfront series generally face north or south,so presumably more liveable. But having said, all the four waterfronts are blessed with a great surrounding ....reservoir park (infront) and garden part (behind) and upcoming MRT in 2/2017. These 4 condos are much better than those nearby condos ard Tanah Merah MRT with nothing exciting to boast about except the MRT, and a much higher transacted price.

  Fantastic view

  I disagree with Stanley Soh. I'm living in one of the units that has full unblocked north facing reservoir view. Obviously like all developments, there are premium stacks and the ones available in the market now are the leftovers. We viewed all the waterfront developments and WF Isle is second to none. Full marble/granite for all toilets, premium fittings, laminates and sanitary ware compared to the rest. 10 mins walk to Amenities and future MRT.

  Nice view for some unit

  We saw quite a few condos along Bedok Reservoir Road and this is probably the best development as compared to Waterfront Wave, Waterfront Gold and Waterfront Key. But they all have the same problem, lots of bay view window and don't really have an yard area to dry clothes. Think most residents will have to dry their laundry in the balcony. This is a common problem for these development, not unique to Waterfront Isle. Nice big balcony. Love the dry kitchen. It is really Bedok Reservoir. Good for people who likes to exercise. I don't like that residents don't have a dedicated car park lot either.

  Disappointing Project

  Viewed a few units at the waterfront series and this must be easily the weakest among the 4. Units are either facing direct west sun, or facing too close to neighbours. Furthest away from future MRT, and very far from amenities.
