  Choice units at Waterfront Key enjoy unblocked views of Bedok Reservoir. Most units come with good size balconies and have efficient layouts. Full communal facilities.

  security problem

  Not sure about this one. Some problems with the security - twice I believe.

  Too Congested with 2 lanes...

  I do not deny the layout is nice especially for the 1518sqft. But I believe the noise will be unbearable having a bus stop just in front. Wet days, you wish you had not purchase a unit there. Secondly, with 1600 units there, do you know how congested it will be over there in the near future!

  Best in Waterfront

  I think this is by far the best waterfront project among the 4 project namely, waves, gold and isl. Waves faces the highway, gold and isl are simply too expensive. Saying that, these waterfront project are easily acessable to both airport and town via highway or bedok reservoir road. Come 2015 MRT will be up and i guess prices will be different too. My wife and kids loves the park.
