An absolute gem
Home with a good layout is hard to find these days. Recently purchased a 3 bedroom in West Bay Condo. It comes with a back door, maids room, maids toilet, big yard and a decent sized balcony that could fit a table for 2. We revamped the house to our taste and make use of all the functional space. Best decision made thus far. It has been so wonderful to live in this property. Neighbourhood is peaceful. You get to slow down and enjoy the breeze and the greenery. Every morning and evening you can hear the birds singing. This property is nicely sandwiched between 2 very well maintained parks. West Coast Park and Clementi Wood Park. Great for those who chose to stay closer to nature, great for those with an active lifestyle, or for those with kids. There’s also a free dog run in both parks! -

Low rise condo with quite surroundings and quiet proximity to West coast market and food centre, West coast Plaza, NUS, Science Park and West Coast Park -

The property itself is decent, except that there was a dengue outbreak there last year and there is ongoing construction across the street which is noisy during the day and quite dust. -

Good value
Amazing value for this property. It just undergoes re-painting and the whole project looks so new. Definitely the price will go up once the new condo opposite TOP in the coming years becasue the price difference is too big .. -

Rare and spacious
Rare condo near MRT and amenities in Clementi area yet near to nature parks and west coast beach. New maintenance initiatives improve its past weakness. Good investment as price trend shows increasing selling price due to lots of developments in surroundings. Pool facing units are unblocked, windy and spacious. Up to individual to find the gem units within. Possible enbloc in long run. High rental yield. -

Spacious & comfortable living
Tho west bay doesn't look attractive externally, but its interior has high ceiling, good ventilation, and comfortable for spacious living. Nowadays, new condos are cramp and small for high prices. West Bay still retain the space and high ceiling features which gives the comfortable feel if u know how to go about doing up your interior to feel like the big homes of the past without having to pay thru your nose. Moreover, it's in bet 2 parks, west coast n clementi woods, green belt, without having to pay for the high prices of surrounding new projects. -

hidden gems
although the unit of West bay is a bit dated to purchase, that is minor as it is value for money. Renovation to the unit can be done to suit each person's style/ design too. Where can you find a less than $1mil properties in singapore now with good location!. it is a hidden gems that we found, value for money and potential that the price will go up. It is also low rise that is potential to get en-bloc in next few years. A rare gem that is soon to be polished to shine! -

bad condo, bad agent
West bay is too old to purchase or buy. In particular, the agents are considerably bad. They rise the rent or selling price at the beginning so as to hold the property long enough to get more attentions from the tenants or buyers. When the tenants or buyer contact them, these agents (especially the one who represent the owner) surely say the property you ask for is just rent out, I can help you to inquiry other condos. Or say his /her friend is the agent of owner, I will contact him or her about the price and condition. That is, they usually try to make two agents to ask more commission fees from both of the landlord and tenant. What a bad thing the west bay can have! -

Old apartment... poor maintenance
An old and run-down apartment... nothing spectacular... Poor maintenance.. The units have low ceilings compared to other developments... -
