  Inconvenient

  No bus stop and supermarket around here. I thought there is shuttle bus so would be convenient even every 30 mins but bus is so small and cannot get on many times. Why the don’t prepare the bigger one if they promote this as advantage.

  All abt Westwood Residences

  Standard facilities like 50m swimming pool with jacuzzi, and a kid pool next to it. Nice indoor gym at level 2 overseeing the pool feels great. There is a tennis court which can be use as a basketball court too. A big unique bicycle garage to allow bike enthusiast to park and maintain their bike. BBQ facility and aircon function room as standard too. Located within landed area give an exclusive feel. The management provide daily Bus ferry service from as early as 0630am to 0715pm to and fro Gek Poh shopping mall and Jurong Point. Upcoming Gek Poh MRT station to be ready by yr 2025. Walking distance to the GP MRT is just 10min away when ready. Nice and windy place. What can I ask for more.

  Exclusive location within landed property

  Reputable schools ie. River Valley High, NTU. Daily Shuttle bus ferry fr residential to Jurong Point Shopping centre between 0630hrs to 1910hrs. Upcoming Gek Poh MRT JRL for our conveniences. Location is windy. Nice 50m swimming pool, with kid pool. Big bicycle garage, and tennis court and basketball court.

  Sizeable Condominium with Awesome Neighbours

  Decent size Condominium with full condo facilities. Friendly neighbors. Awesome MCST!

  Hidden jem in the west

  Peaceful and quiet area. Near to neighborhood shopping mall and transport provided to Jurong point.

  Lots of defects

  Whole development has water leakage, floor popping for the internal units etc. Walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear which room your upstairs neighbour is walking to or if they are out from toilet. New management is good and efficient.

  Lots of defects esp water leaking and floor p

  Pros - New management team is efficient and helpful, has group buys, quiet, lots of greenery, common areas are clean majority of the time, has a small velodrome for kids, close to JB and NTU, friendly staffs from management office to gardeners to cleaners. Cons - Lots of internal defects issues (water leakage, floor laminate cannot be mopped with water otherwise it will pop out, inaccessible to most places including mrt unless you drive, not the best neighbours one would like to have, carpark and drop off are badly designed so can be dangerous if not careful

  Great for residences who works in Tuas or ne

  Great for residences who works in Tuas or need to commute to NTU. Commuting to JB by car is quite easy.
