  The only lift not working for 3month

  The maintenance is very poorly done, the only lift has been having issue since 2010, and wasnot working over 3months during Xmas to past CNY 2017. And still not working properly. Intercom is very confusing to lots deliveries, often miss deliveries. Water pipe has also issue and water level on toilet bowl isalways very low. Noise from the street are quite noisy in the middle of night as well.

  Poor Maintenance

  Very poorly maintained. My teenage daughter witnessed rats in carpark compound. Do not rent, do not buy this property. You will surely regret. Can the property manager please do something about the cleanliness?

  Wharton Vale

  Only 14 units of simple design apartments on sophia road. Good for investment
