Punggol though...
A quiet development tuck away in Punggol. Transportation -the LRT, is realtively near and the seafront is not too far away. It has a resort feel due to the fact, all you need to do is slide the door open and the pool is right there for you! Downside though, as it is a compact development, your neighbour is literally a stone's throw away. either beside or in front of your unit. The commute from Punggol to CBD, however, is challenging and can be a nightmare; competing with other Punggol residents at the nearest shopping malls. Otherwise, Whiteshore has been well maintained over the years and it is has a clean surrounding. -

agreeable rental for landed
Rent is typically about $7,800 to $8,500 a month for Whiteshores, but tbh that's still money's worth, considering you get a whole two-storey bungalow to yourself. and it's still relatively new, just 15 years young this year. peaceful location too, snug tight in your own enclave with pool at your doorstep and super private with only 14 units. surprisingly there's also an LRT station at the doorstep! -
