Matured development right with holland MRT station and holland village right at its doorstep. Ideal location for living for those into residential area with a retro city feel. Not forgetting there is a 24 hour supermarket at its doorstep too -

Best location among mrt
It is one of the best strategic location in Singapore! Where else can u find an apartment that is less than 1 min walk to the MRT station! -

Old and run down condo near MRT
Live in this unit for the past 1 years. Have to climb up so many flights of staircase to reach the apartment. The apartment living hall is facing the main road and the road noise was quite unbearable at times. Next the apartment bedrooms face the kitchen of the opposite restaurant, you can literally smell the food they cooked, but the bed linen must be washed regularly. Have to bear with no washing machine and dryer and it was such a hassle to send it to the nearest laundry shop. More than 10 years, interior need to be renovated else it is so run down The BBQ pit facing the main road, pollution and vehicle exhaust really put you off BBQiing. Glad that the lease has finally ended. Not recommended for family living -
