  Squeezy development

  Basic the condo facilities A total of 27 carpark lots and 1 handicap lot to serve 34 residents. a bit tight... same for units. overall the 1BR seems ok at 41sqm, but then barely 60 sqm for 2BR and it is smaller than a HDB flat...

  Zyanya got dual key units

  Priced at $1,869,000 to $2,308,700 for 1BR up to 4BR penthouse units. feels modern and chic. Good location at D14, it is centrally located, very close to food places and shops. What strikes me is the configuration of dual key units, good for those who have multi-generation or want to rent out while also living there to enjoy the convenience of being in central Singapore.

  Standard condo with strange name

  Zyanya looks like a nice development but rather basic and standard amenities. Best thing is the spacious pool and some must-haves like gym, bbq pit, parking. TOP not long ago, still got the modern and chic feels. Centrally located for those who are okay to live in Geylang.
