Vue 8 Residences are a residential development located in District 18. The development is 2 to 3 minutes’ walk from the beach and is surrounded by the forest and parkland. Many of the 463 units will have a sea view, but those that don’t will still look over the park and forest. Vue 8 Residences has a spacious feel to it, which is in keeping with its surroundings, and is set over eight, 17 storey blocks. The top two storeys of each block are occupied by two storey penthouses. As a consequence of its large site, Vue 8 Residences has a good variety of facilities, including a tennis court, gym and a 50-metre lap pool. Pasir Ris Interchange on the East West Line is a 10-minute bus ride away, while the development offers quick and easy access to the TPE, and from there the island’s other expressways.

Publique Realty is a joint venture between Capital Development and ZACD Investments, and currently Vue 8 Residences is their sole project.

Vue 8 Residences – Unique Selling Points

Units in Vue 8 Residences will either overlook the park, the forest or the coast, or a combination of all three. The area is a very green, tranquil one, and residents have the seafront, the park and the forest on their doorstep, with the beach just 2 or 3 minutes’ walk. The development itself is also spacious, with room for a good variety of facilities, including a 50-metre pool and tennis court. There are a good number of schools within walking distance or a short bus ride from the development. Access to the TPE is easy from Vue 8 Residences, from where you can get to anywhere on the island.

Vue 8 Residences – Accessibility

The nearest MRT to Vue 8 Residences is Pasir Ris Interchange, and though it isn’t within realistic walking distance, a bus stop outside the development takes you to the station in around 10 minutes, not including waiting time. Pasir Ris is on the East West Line which goes direct to City Hall and Raffles Place. It is a quick and easy drive from Vue 8 Residences onto the TPE, from where you can get onto all the other expressways on the island.
