Experience
A Beautiful and well located condo. Less than 5 mins to the beach. Great views of the beach from your living room and bedroom. The sea breeze keeps the house well treated and cool most of the time. Upcoming MRT will be next door thus addressing the only downside it had - travel links. Best suited for expats who want the comfort of staying next to one of the best Overseas schools in Singapore. (if your kids are studying there). -

Loved in block 97 for 6 years. Condo is not bad but snooty landlord and bad agent. They forfeited a big amount of our deposit despite cleaning and doing everything told, even polishing floors and painting walls. Deducted money for uncovered terrace floor having spots. Small bedrooms, except master. Very small kitchen for a penthouse. Noise from construction of mrt station and school traffic. Hard to find cabs and cost a lot when coming from town late night. -

Near international school. The cabs are hard to find both ways, public transport is good but takes awfully long to get to city. The condo itself is beautiful, near Pasir Ris Park. It’s peaceful except the school traffic especially around morning 9 and evening 3:30. Lived in block 97, with unblocked view to sea and greenery, on the downside the doors and walls get molds because of sea breeze full of moisture. Due to the MRT construction, it’s noisy and fine particles of dust and debris in the air. Kids struggled with allergies all year around. The living room is big with high ceiling, very hard to clean fans. The bedrooms are very small, except Master bedroom. No fans in bedrooms. Kitchen is tiny. -

Lovely condo next to the seaside.
As this is beside international school it's relatively easy to lease out. 3 bus stops away from MRT station. Short walk to beach park. very enjoyable and relaxing condo with full facilities. -

Bad management
The management is insensitive, they harrass the residents, knock at your door very late in the night to remove shoe racks. If you keep ur shoes outside your door for hygiene, they will not allow you. -

Good environment with full facilities
I am a tenant of this project, so far I have found that this is a good unit with good environment & full facilities. My 2 bed rooms are facing pool, the other bed room is facing the park. It is very windy, bright and cosy. My kids study in OFS international school, which is next door of my condo, I don't have to worry about their transport and safety. It saves a lot of travelling time, they walk to school everyday, not even need to cross the road. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Pasir Ris park next to the sea. At the park, we enjoy the greenery , the children playground and the beach. The 50 metre laps pool and aqua gym are good relaxing places for us after a tired working day. My young kids like the children fun pool and enjoy the playground. We have friends gathering over the weekend sometimes, we booked the air-con function room and the dining pavilion for food & wine with friends. It is only 5 minutes drive to Down Town East complex, we take our dinner there with various eateries during the weekend. We can get our grocery within walking distance, my wife goes to Ikea with her friends to shop for small items, they also have their afternoon tea there, sometimes she goes to Giant supermarket to get the dairy goods. I should say it is a quiet, peaceful environment with convenient shopping facilities around, we find that it is a good place to live in, especially with young kids studying in international school next door. -
