1. I'm a buyer. How much commission will my agent make from my final transaction?

2. If I deal directly with the seller's agent and do not have an agent of my own, does that mean I will somehow have some savings on payment of commission? I understand that I have to pay the seller's agent commission though.

3. By your experience, what is the resale value of high-floor flats that overlook a busy expressway with an unblocked view?
