bay windows and planter boxes are exempted from GFA and sold as internal spaces of a residential unit.
I would like to know what does it means? When we look at the brochure, they always shows the different type floor plan areas in sqm or sqft. Does the floor plan area stated includes the bay window and planter boxes?
Now URA says that both bay window and planter boxes will be included in the GFA? So what are the advantages or benefits to buyers?
