Yes there will be project coming up here and then, but if you are looking for investment, then in my point of view, more waiting = loss of opportunity, as you will loss the 1st mover advantages,,, as land cost in Singapore will generally be higher.
So buying any time is always the right time, most important your attitude on the investemnt must be right, work on your budget and holding power.
