The comparable units in the cluster are transacted at between 785k to 800k recently. The price depends on factors such as the facing and orientation, the interior condition of the unit and also on the marketing plan and strategies deployed by the salesperson.

The comparable 4-room units in nearby blocks are transacting between $785k to $800k range. It also depends on facing, unit condition and any ethnic quota restrictions when selling.
