In my opinion, there is still much room for growth, as our land is limited and population is still climbing.
Everyone need to roof over their head, hence the supply and demand ruling comes into play.
I won't cast the fact that the housing price will fall one day. But with the SARs, ASEAN and Global crisis, we have dropped but bounced back stronger and faster.
Hence buying later may only mean buying at higher price.
