Can Any mentor pls highlight what courses and training will provide to join ?

Dear aspiring realtor,
I will personally run an induction session with all new realtors coming on board. The more important thing is to get the new realtor to take actions and learn on the ground. Classroom learning is more applicable for refining of skills as I believe that you need to know what to be expecting in order to know what questions to ask to improve yourself, and the only way to do so is to have hands on experience on the different encounters you have on the ground.
