Hi, are you the agent ? if you are, yes, otherwise you may request for the landlord to show that they own the property. either through the hdb portal, or through other forms if they want.

Instead of seeing the ICs, I think verifying that you are making payment to the rightful owners will be more important, thus you should seek to check the home ownership proof matches to that bank account holder name.
