Are you referring to Bartley Ridge? It is close to being fully sold, there's only Penthouses & Roof Terrace units left, with prices exceeding $1mil.

How about The Panorama at Ang Mo Kio? 2+study units available, below $1mil. Near future Mayflower MRT, CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls Sch, and amenities with excellent finishes. Otherwise, perhaps you could share your preferred locations and other requirements so I could make better recommendations? Thanks and hope to discuss further.
