Afternoon,
You can always contact SPH to advertise your unit for sale on the papers.
All you need is your advertisement content and credit card details.
However, to advertise on web-based platform, only registered salesperson with paid subscription are allow to do so.

Hi,
Yes, you can sell your HDB without agent, simple call SPH to make an advertisement in the paper to sell.
Do bear in mind, that you need to know the HDB procedure and paperworks in order to handle it yourself. As agents now cannot be dual representation, you can't get the buyer's agent to do the paperwork for you. Should there be any mistakes in the paperwork, HDB can reject the sale application.
If you have more to gain from your HDB sale proceed, I feel by engaging a real estate agent and let him handle the sale for you is better than saving that commission.
