Hi CL,

I am glad to inform you that you can sell your Condominium with a lease. There are buyers who are willing to wait till the tenancy ends. Also, there are buyers who purchase a property for investment.

If you are comfortable using me as an agent to market your property, I can be contacted 9274 1350  or mike_hengtk@hotmail.com.

Hi CL,

You are most welcome to sell a unit with tenancy. Nevertheless, price setting is critical if you are serious in selling otherwise it maybe better off selling vacant.

Reason behind is the purchase price you are looking for is likely to be at least matching the bank valuation if not far off, therefore rental yield may not be as attractive to the purchaser in this situation, unless you have very attractive rental like some units near Geylang asking below $1m but with rental of $3.8k.

Hi CL,

Yes, you can sell your condo with tenancy. Some buyers don't mind to buy with tennacy and only when the lease expires, they then shift in for own stay. Investors will be buying for rental yield.

So long as you have informed your tenant that you are selling, and they agreed to open up the unit for viewing, selling will be easy going. I would be glad to help you market your unit with tenancy.

Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for a non-obligation discussion, if you still have further questions.

Thank you & Best Regards
