Unfortunately, only registered salesperson who have a paid subscription account with PropertyGuru will be allowed to put up property advertisements here.

For homeowners and others who intend to put up property advertisements, you will be required to look for other portals, whether paid portals or free portals (tend to have poorer traffic flow).

I'd like to say that successfully selling a property is not only about putting up the property advertisements. There are at least 8 components that contributes to a successful marketing campaign. If the commission applicable in engaging the services of a professional is a concern, it will be helpful to take note that this only happens when the transaction is completed, while marketing costs for DIY sellers usually involved up front costs without guaranteeing that a right buyer will be found.

For propertygurus, only agent with paid subscription are allowed to advertise. You can make use of other free/no agent license required advertisements although the outreach is very limited. The reason why most agents prefer dealing with another agent especially when searching for houses for a buyer is to ensure a smooth process in the transaction and lesser risk of the transaction fall through due to ignorance of the seller in the transaction process. I am not saying that all sellers are not well versed in property regulations and transactions but on our end we wanted to minimise the risk involved.
