Hi Louis,

As explained by the site admin, only subscribing members (agents) are able to place ad here.

Owners generally place ad on print via Straits Times for selling their own property.

what is your reason for advertising the unit yourself.. save 2% commission or just learn the experience?
do you know that if portals that allow you to do this or even if you advertise in the papers.. you must not be shocked or surprise if SOMEONE will call you in the middle of the night and ask if you are still marketing the property.. especially foreign clients..
