Hi,

Yes they have to be included as co-owners or essential occupiers with you to form the family nucleus to purchase the resale HDB. This means they need to sell away their existing residential property if any.

Hi,

1) For single SC below 35 yrs old to buy with SC/SPR parents, you shall be eligible under the Public Scheme.
2) For single SC below 35 yrs old to buy with non-citizen parents, you shall be eligible under the Non-citizen family Scheme.
3) After this new policy was implemented in Sep 2022, both parents must be at or over 55 yrs old if they own any private property locally or overseas. This property must be disposed of within 6 months upon key collection.
