The current asking COV should range around $60k to $110k depending on ethnic restriction, facing and condition of your unit.

Hi Mr Das, do note that at this point COVs are dropping. But your town is one of the few bastions of high COV. Volumes and COV dropping, we advise clients that are waiting for their pte condo to TOP to sell now.

If you wish to know how much your neighbors and units in nearby blocks are selling, I can check for you and give you specific details.

    Thank Ms. Yian. My agent has already started marketing the flat. Currently ethnic quota currently does not allow me to sell to Chinese and Chinese PRC, hopeful that next month, doors open to all. I am not much happy with my current agent's approach. I shall reach out to you for certain, if my agent fails to deliver. Thanks once again.
