Hi,

There is no restriction in terms of tenant & landlord agent being in the same company. Your agent has to protect your interests as he/she is representing you, and should you find that things are not happening in that manner, you should consider finding someone you feel comfortable to work with. You also have the power to report to CEA (statutory board governing estate agents) should you find anything amiss. Thanks and hope it clarifies.
