Hi Johnny,

Every managers or recruiters will be selling their systems they have in training rookie agents, my question is how do you differentiate who has better system in place?

I'd say that you'd have to go meet up these recruiters in person and talk to them. I believe every estate agencies have theiw own strengths, thus the most important thing for you to consider will be to have the necessary chemistry with your recruiting manager to know that he/she will be able to provide the mentorship required to succeed.

The most important is the manager who will be guiding and coaching you. You must feel comfortable with the person and are able to respect and learn from him or her.

The compensation system of the company must also make sense. At DTZ, new agents get 80% of the commission, much higher than the 70% of many other agencies.

Meet up with a few hiring managers and ask them about their company, their style of leadership and how they can help you as a rookie.
