In general, demand for landed homes are still strong, however, will depend on its actual location, tenure and conditions. From my observation, traditional locations with strong demand are still seeing good healthy volume in terms of transactions while prices have slightly declined but vendors are still happy to move on as these are vendors who have made earlier move into landed homes therefore looking at decent profit to move on to next phase of their property portfolio management.
