Hi,

As long as you have supporting documents like official income slips & tax filed and paid, chances of getting a loan are higher. The only thing is Malaysians are subjected to 18% stamp duties and 20% downpayment, which have to be in cash. Is that something you be open to? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Expat can normally get upto 70% of the loan as long as you can provide income or saving proof. I have recently assisted a few overseas client securing loans here.
