Colin has been one of the top if not top real estate trainer in Singapore whose teachings have definitely benefitted many of top producers in this industry. What exactly matters in a mentor in guiding a rookie realtor?
Many brand themselves as a top producer in their respective agency and can show you the path to success where they have walked, nevertheless, evolution in this industry is ongoing and what works for them in the past may not be working now or suited to you. How many top producers have groomed top producers while still being a top producer? Many agencies are giving out complementary im form of waiving certain fees or providing free trainings but i believe in being there with you is more important than anything else.
I would say, at MORE Property, we are constantly on the ground with our associates, not only showing new associates the way but walking the path together with our associates, getting down on the ground and dirty to demnstrate and share our experiences at ground level and grow together with our associates with the objective to be up among the TOP Producers together.
