In order to advertise on Property Guru, you must subscribe to the services like what most property salespeople had done.
In fact, you can appoint an agent to represent you as seller's agent to handle all the procedures and advertising eg. Property Guru, iProperty, Classified etc. There wont be any charges to advertise on your behalf but agent's commission will be chargeable if he/ she handles the sale for you right from the start.
Market rate for seller's agent comission will be 2% of the sale price but it still subject to you and your salesperson.
