Enquiry on the Tierra Vue: May I ask what is the average psf when it was first launched in early 2007 pls? Any one with an available unit? Thanks!!!

Hi Ms Yao,

The average psf launched during EARLY 2007 (between Jan-Mar 07) is approximately $880psf.

For your info, there are quite some units for sale in the market now. Can i suggest youself to drop me an email or message on your requirements (Floor area/budget/no. bedrooms/ facing/which level/etc.)
