For room rental, there is an exit clause in the TA stating minimum 6 months with 1 month notice. As a landlord, If like to ask tenant to move out, to give 1 month notice after the 6th month (beginning of 7th month) or can give notice after the 5th month (beginning of 6 month)? Thanks

I would be most glad to assist you further and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Have a good day ahead. By the way, that will be dependent on what was written in the room rental agreement. So if it is 6 months lease, then you can give notice to the tenant on the 5th month.

As long as both are willing parties, it can be done anytime, however if you go strictly by the book, I believe it should be only giving the notice upon the fulfilment of 6 months lease.
