Good evening. My family is looking to rent a flat or condo near the Tiong Bahru area. We are a family of 4 with a maid. We need 3 rooms but we could do with 2. We are Singaporean, and only looking to rent for 6 months, starting end Feb 09.
Can somebody advise what is the market rate in the Tiong Bahru area, for either HDB flat or condo with 2 rooms or 3 rooms pls.
