guys do u all think landed house price will go up in 5 to 10 year time??

Hi,
Generally private properties do appreciate over the time- attributed to continuous redevelopment, addition to landscape, MRT prospects and of course population demand.
Depending on where you set your sight on, will the % of appreciation vary. Do let me know what you're looking out for so that I can propose worthy landed for your consideration , taking into account good scope for rental and capital gains in the future.

Hi Mr Ong,
I have to say based on my past 5years experience dealing primarily in landed property, despite the many rounds of cooling measures implemented in the real estate market, landed segment prices has been able to withold its prices and at most affected about 10%. Given the amount of freehold land in Singapore available, I have to say even if it does not appreciate, it is likely able to hold its value on a minimum unless there is major policy changes or economic downturn. Land is probably the only available natural resource available in Singapore, so putting your money there is unlikely to go wrong.
