Have a City Square Studio to rent out. Getting keys soon & should be ready in mid Apr. How much more rent can the unit fetch than the market average of $2500 if it is beautifully and fully furnished with elegant furniture (pure glass dining/coffee tables) ,42" plasma, false ceiling with recessed lighting, customised wall feature / bed, mirrors,etc.Just like a hotel suite.It might be the most nicely done up studio in CSR available for rent. Agts interested in marketing my unit can also express interest here.

Hi Amardeep,

With your description, I can assure you that your unit will be taken up very fast. A Studio unit, fully-furnished, is about that range $2.3K to $2.5K. Of course if yours is fantastic furnished, you can add on $200 more maybe. It all depends the right tenant to view, fall in love with it first sight, and done deal.
