Can I find a 2 br condo within District 1-5 for 700k these days? If not, what's a realistic number?

Hi CT,

You cannot get a condo at that pricing in District 1-15.

The cheaper condo would at at Yishun/Woodlands going at about 7XX for 2 BR.

I'm 28 yrs old with yearly income of S$70k, so I still have a way to go. Luckily, my parents are willing to help with down-payment of ~S$200k in cash.

We only need a 2 bedroom condo, but within D1-D15.

Will I be able to finance the balance needed with my income? Any recommendations for properties launching in 2012?
