Hi,

Foreigners are only eligible to purchase private condominium / apartments or landed properties in Sentosa. However, please note that effective from Jan 12,2013 , foreigners are to pay 18% stamp duty on the purchase or acquisition of any residential property (for more information, you can visit http://www.iras.gov.sg/irashome/page04.aspx?id=12832).
Hope this helps.
